On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the European Natural Soyfood Manufacturers Association, Mr Bart Staes MEP and ENSA are organizing an interactive lunch panel debate on “10 years of driving sustainable food consumption and production – what’s next?”, on 4 December in Brussels.
Since its foundation in 2003, ENSA has raised awareness for the role of soy and a plant-based diet in moving to a more sustainable food production and consumption pattern. With the expected EU Communication on Sustainable Food by the European Commission this topic is more relevant than ever. During the lunch debate, high-level speakers will provide key insights on all aspects of the food supply chain and will enter in an interactive panel discussion on the role of industry players, policymakers and consumers in the move towards a more sustainable diet.
